Great Falls Inn by Riversage

The rooms were in perfect condition, good size for two people and two dogs, and the bed was firm but comfortable.

It is a great hotel. I've stayed twice now and I have nothing but good things to say for the workers and for the rooms themselves. Parking can be hard at night but there is nothing that they can do about that so make sure to get there early enough in the night to guarantee a spot.

Great place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was we aren't coffee drinkers and when asked about hot chocolate, had to pay for a one serving package. Breakfasts were also very good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Sunday morning desk lady wasn't the nicest tho.

Loved this hotel. They were so fun and kind at the front desk. My only complaint is the small bathroom, I'm a bigger girl and I had to keep the door open when using the facilities because there was no space to close it. There was also an uncomfortable chair at the table. The bed however was heavenly I would certainly stay here again next time. The location was great as well. Central for just about everything we wanted to do.

Pluses: The lady who manages the property is awesome! Most of the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, property kept up, free 24 hour coffee, great location, fair prices, accommodating on schedule changes, medical discount. Cons: 1 surley employee, had a big popcorn machine full of popcorn but never offered us any (why have it then?), pets allowed which is not appreciated by us, breakfast offerings could be improved (bananas or tangerines instead of red delicious apples?), heater didn't work in first room so we had to move. Will definitely stay again, thank you!

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There was absolutely no smell...not air freshners, cleaning products, Lingering odors...nothing. The bedding was the best. White cotton sheets. Summer weight duvet, and huge fluffy pillows. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The breakfast was simple but had something for every taste, and plenty of strong black coffee. Price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality.

We stayed one night in early November 2022; four adults had two king bed rooms and all agreed the beds were incredibly comfortable (we prefer softer beds, so might not be for futon loving folks). It was very clean and in good repair/condition. The breakfast was simple but varied (not super gluten friendly, but that is pretty standard); the waffle iron was much appreciated by the gluten lovers. Eggs and sausage, yogurt and fruit, cereal and toast were all included. They take pride in their custom blend coffee bar. It is very close to the hospital but we didn't notice any sirens from ambulance, so must be well insulated. Access through the main doors was by room key only so we felt secure. It exceeded our expectations. I would seek out other River Sage properties in the future based on our visit in Great Falls

The room was fine. The laundry, not so good (We were coming from 8 days of camping in the mountains.)
